Looks like all that infamous American Horror Story secrecy has gone out of the window in regards to season seven because Ryan Murphy has just shared a teaser of what's to come in the next instalment of the series and it looks absolutely f*cking terrifying.
Murphy took to his brand spanking new Instagram to share a sketch of one of AHS7's "creatures" and honestly, we can almost guarantee you're going to have nightmares about it. #AmericanHorrorStoryPurge
It looks like a descendant from the same twisted family as the Pig Man from Murder House, Bloodyface from Asylum and Twisty the Clown from Freak Show. We hate it already.
There seems to be a sneaky bit of political referencing going on too. For those of you who aren't well versed in this whole politics gig - or if you've recently just wiped your memory of anything political that happened over the past couple of years - the elephant is the symbol of the GOP (Republican Party). Seeing as Murphy has hinted that this "election" season will cater to absolutely everyone, no doubt a horrifying Democratic Donkey monster will show up some point too.
Whatever or whoever this ends up to be, please don't let it be Evan Peters. His face doesn't deserve this.
