Yes, your new crush Hero had a pretty important role in the Harry Potter franchise - playing the younger version of his uncle Ralph Fiennes' infamous character.

The first (very steamy) trailer for the highly anticipated big screen adaptation of Anna Todd's After movie has arrived and it is... quite something. The movie, which has been in the works since 2014, will be released in April 2019 and will star 21-year-old Australian newcomer Josephine Langford as Tessa Young and 21-year-old British actor Hero Fiennes-Tiffin as Hardin Scott.

Fans are already absolutely losing it over the two characters' relationship finally being brought to life on screen but the one thing they're most excited about? Hero in the role of Hardin.

While Hero looks looks perfect as Hardin (he's got that tattooed bad boy vibe down), some fans are already expressing their concerns about his "abusive" character. In case you didn't know, Hardin was originally based on a fictional version of Harry Styles in the original fan fic on Wattpad and his name was changed to Hardin once the book was published.

But enough about that, let's talk about Hero, shall we? He looks familiar, right? Like, scarily familiar? Some fans are even starting to point it out on Twitter too. While Hero might not have many credits to his name (yet), there is one big film that you'll almost definitely recognise him from - and you'll kick yourself if you didn't even realise

Hero was in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

Yep, Hero played the young Tom Riddle in the 2009 film, which he appeared in when he was just 11 years old. And yep, he played the younger version of his real life uncle Ralph Fiennes aka Lord Voldemort.

You might also recognise Hero in one of his more recent roles from the 2017 H&M x ERDEM short film. He also starred in the collection's campaign shoots too.

Hero hasn't got many other projects in production so far but judging by the overwhelming response to the After trailer, you can probably expect to see him (and Josephine, let's not forget Josephine!) literally everywhere in 2019.

Could After have the same impact on the internet as The Kissing Booth and To All The Boys? Considering the original fan fiction was read over a billion times, we're guessing... yes?
