Kendall Jenner responds to rumours Harry Styles sent her a love letter

Harry Styles fans thought he wrote Kendall a love letter after she shared an anonymous one on Instagram...

It's no secret that Kendall Jenner and Harry Styles have history together. Rumours that the two stars were dating surfaced at some point in 2013 and continued to surround them both up until late 2016 (they went on multiple holidays with each other). That being said, they never actually confirmed that they were in a relationship. Since then, both Harry and Kendall have not been pictured together.

However, last night Kendall caused a frenzy on social media after uploading a mysterious love letter to her Instagram stories. Many people immediately started crafting theories as to who the romantic handwritten note could have been from. It wasn't long before Harry Styles fans came up with theories that Harry was behind it and now Kendall has responded to the speculation.

The letter itself reads: "We may be miles apart but my love for you grows stronger and stronger by the minute. My innermost feeling is of pure love for you. I will love you until death separates us. Right now this separation is killing me, but in my heart I know that nothing would come close to separating us. We are united into one forever, body & soul and I want you to know that I love you from the deepest part of my heart."

Shortly after Kendall shared the letter, fans began comparing the writing to Harry's and some were convinced that he sent it to her. However, others weren't buying it. Here are just a few of the reactions.

Noticing all of the drama online, Kendall took to Instagram again to clear things up. She reposted the letter, except this time she revealed who signed it, by writing: "nice try my secret admirer's actually Mert Alaş and Marcus Piggott". She then tagged them both in it.

Considering that Mert & Marcus are Kendall's longterm friends and photographers, we're pretty sure that the love letter was simply an elaborate joke and all meant in good faith. Apologies to all of the Kendall and Harry shippers out there.
